Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

United States: Standard delivery takes 14–21 business days after processing. Shipping is FREE on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand: Standard delivery takes 15–25 business days after processing. Rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email us at support@trylupulina.com and we'll make it right.

Delays: Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, customs, peak season). We'll always keep you updated — and our 60-day money-back guarantee has your back either way.

Wrong address: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
